Kelayakan
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English
- A minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in a Secretarial/ Personal Assistant role
- Exhibit strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literate and numerate.
- Target-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet targets.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Aggressive and fast learner.
- Good attitude and responsible character.
- Proficient in computer operation: Microsoft Office
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible for managing the Board of Directors daily administrative and operational matters
- Handle personal and private matters for the Director and/or immediate family members of the Directors
- Responsible for scheduling appointments/ meetings and taking minutes of meetings/itineraries and general correspondence
- Ability to organize in-house and external events/ conferences
- Assist director with daily office activities or operation
- To assist in any ad-hoc tasks when required by the
- Director/ Management
