Kelayakan
- Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in architecture/engineering or equivalent
- Minimum three (3) years relevant working experience
- Able to write project correspondence with proper English grammar
- Good ability in understanding technical drawings & structure
- Preferably specializing in signage or property-related field
- Must be a good team player and team leader
- Skillful in CorelDRAW, Adobe, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and others
- Strong technical knowledge
- Microsoft Office, video editing, and architecture rendering/other software is an advantage
- Must be fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Tanggungjawab
- Project Workflow: Implementation from project award > Follow-up on construction drawing approval > Sample/model approval > Site meetings and coordination > Supervise signage installation > Ensure completion of all installations as per plan
- Responsible for pre- and post-contract management, scheduling, planning, and executing designated project timelines, reporting project details and progress to the company
- Effective negotiation and communication with teams, government departments, customers, and contractors to discuss and resolve engineering procedures, complaints, and construction issues
- Able to attend meetings, conduct site inspections, manage and handle all related work and projects, ensuring progress according to plan
- Additional relevant duties and projects may be assigned by the company
