1. Report to the Store Manager / Deputy Store Manager & Shopping Center Manager in every aspect of Security responsibilities and duties.
2. Plan and implement all aspects in every situation that includes Security such as fire, fights, theft and natural disasters. All sabotage, Damage or loss of company property. All complaints regarding weaknesses and negligence of employees and promoters. Make a report on all disturbances in the activities of the Store that interfere with the sales journey.
3. Plan and conduct recruitment training and ensure the strengths of each employee are perfect at all times.
