Keperluan

Tanggungjawab
- To prepare regularly scheduled reports and updates
- To lliase with department manager on daily tasks and follow up
- Assists in updating record into company database and prepare reports to the management
- To ensure proper documentation arrangement, record & filling
- Assists in day to day operation and administration

2. Warehouse Administrator
Keperluan
- At least 1 year working experience in warehouse
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Able to speak in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Attendance, punctuality and discipline
Tanggungjawab
- Required to record stock taking, stock packing, stock picking and organising inventories
- Maintain inventory in proper location and daily update in the database
- Handle stocking procedures, arrangement and coordinate stock movement from one location to another
- To do recording of part numbers & serial numbers in company database
- To record and maintain consumable goods in the warehouse
- To ensure incoming & outgoing of goods are in proper

3. Conventional Machinist
Keperluan
- Few years experience operating lathe machine (Turning, Facing, Milling)
- Must be able to read technical drawings and GD&T symbols
- Extra knowledge in automotive components is an added advantage
Tanggungjawab
- Must be able to machine according to requirement specifications and tolerances
- To maintain and take care of the lathe machine
- To be able to complete the task given within the timeframe provided
- To in charge of all tooling and design new tools

4. Warehouse Supervisor / Penyelia Gudang
Keperluan
- Few years experience in managing a warehouse

Tanggungjawab
- To control in / out of goods and internal movement of stocks
- To control consumable items and ordering advice
- To manage and assign daily work scope to warehouse assistants
- To be able to produce report to the Department Manager
- To do annually stock take
- To lliase with different department supervisors to ensure work flow is smooth
