Hi, sy telah dpt offer letter dri company A tapi valid dari 9/5-12/5. dan sy telah sign pada 10/5. tarikh sy kena masuk kerja ialah 15/5. kemudian sy dpt pula offer letter dri company B dgn gaji lg tinggi dan benefit byk. jd sy pun sign offer letter dri company B, dan sy hntr email official kpd company A mnyatakan sy ingin menarik balik permohonan kerja sy dri company A. tp tiada balasan email. boleh kah sy di saman sebab tarik balik permohonan sbb dh sign offer letter wlpun tidak mula bekerja lagi dgn company A?
