Dibuang kerja tanpa notis apa patut kami buat? Majikan boleh kena tindakan apa2 ke? Kami boleh buat amik tindakan ke atas majikan ke? Kmi mmg xde sign apa2 kontrak...

Sy start kerja 1.3.2023..sy berdua dgn sorang lgi yg masuk pada hri yg sama..kami krja sbg online marketer dekat satu company marketing..kami iv scra online..time iv tu ada hr dan bos perempuan..boss tu kata basic rm1100 tpi ada komisen bila org beli dgn kita...pastu dia kata lgi klau buat lebih dpt lebih...time iv tu jgk sy tnya dia kiranya gaji tu mmg xkan naik dh ke atau mcm mna yer...sy tnya tu pun sbb basic skrg kan dah lain..sy cuma tnya shja..dia kataa staff marketer yg lain semua xnk gaji nasic naik...dorang semuaa nk makan komisen je..sy mcm hemm xpelaa klau gitu...dia inform yg sy dpt keje pon dlm wasap jee...hr yg wasap...lps brp hari kami masuk tuu boss laki buat meeting...dlm meeting tu jgk laa dia kataaa klau sale 20k ke atas bru ada komisen..sy mcm rasa tertipu pon ada jgk..pahtu sy tnya staff knp buat gitu...dorang kataa sbb basic naik..klau dulu 500 je basic..sy mcmm laaaa pulakkkkk dahh.. 30.5.2023 hr pnggil kami time tu lgi sejam nk blik kot..dia kata kami diberhentikan berkuatkuasa pda 1.6.2023...dgn alasan kami x capai target dan dia x mampu nk byr gaji...kami berdua mcm knp x bgitau awal2...knp kena last minit...knp x bgi notiss apa2...pastu hr kata slama 3 bulan tu kami ni sbg trainee dan kena berhenti sbb kontrak dh tamat...masalahnya kmi x prnh tau psl trainee tu n x prnh tau wujudnya kontrak sbbnya kmi x prnh sign apa2 kontrak pun....dan hr sdri sahkan yg kmi mmg xde sign apa2 kontrak pun yg membolehkan bos berhentikan kami last minit mcm ni..tanpa apa2 notis..keje skrg susah nk cri...tmbh2 kt klantan..boss plk buat kami gini..time iv xde pun ckp kena capai target ke apa...xde ckp psl trainee ke apa..mmg betul2 rasa mcm kna tipu hidup2...dlm company tu ada leaderrr...masing ada ank buah nk kena jga...kami dpt leader yg sama..dia mcm org kanan bos..laki..hri first kami masuk kena sidaiii...slama 3 bulan keje situ..kerja kami broadcast jee sbb boss suruh...marketer lain pun sama tpi dorang tu buat iklan jgk dlm fb n tiktok...dpt sale dri situ...kitaorg x diajar lgi dan hnya tau broadcast shja...leader kmi ajar skli je n kami bnyk buat video untuk content tpi x guna pon...bulan kefua pon sama...broadcast jee...bulan ketiga tu tgh bulan bru tau buat iklan kt tiktok n fb...tu pon marketer lain yg bnyk bgi tunjuk ajarr...dorang kata sale skrg susah nk dpt..klau dulu 100k pon dpt gitu jee...skrg 20k pon mmg susah nk dpt...boss nk sale 20k tpi keje kami broadcast customer kat wasap shja...x logik....dgn leader mcm tuu..dia sdri tauuu kot...nk sale 20k mcm mna klau dh keje duk broadcast chat jeeee...leader pun x bekap kami...padahal dia tau apa kami buat....hr bgitau akan ada staff bru nk masuk nati tpi boss kasi basic 600 je...kiranya dia nk buang kmi sbb nk cut cost gaji laa kannn...tpi mcm2 alasan reka...tpi boleh plk dia bukak syarikat kt indon...hemmmm...
