As we transition our mobile applications from Xamarin Forms to .NET MAUI, we are seeking a talented and experienced developer to join our team.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Xamarin Forms and .NET MAUI Mobile App Developer to do migration of our existing Xamarin Forms applications to .NET MAUI. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of mobile application development, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Do migration process of existing Xamarin Forms applications to .NET MAUI, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to users.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA engineers to define requirements, plan the migration strategy, and prioritize tasks.
3. Architect and develop scalable and maintainable .NET MAUI applications that meet performance and quality standards.
4. Optimize application performance and enhance user experience by leveraging the latest features and capabilities of .NET MAUI.
5. Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
6. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and consistency.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in mobile app development, Xamarin, and .NET MAUI, and proactively share knowledge with the team.
8. Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users or QA, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience 2 years developing mobile applications using Xamarin Forms and C#.
3. Hands-on experience with .NET MAUI and a strong understanding of its architecture, features, and capabilities.
4. Solid understanding of mobile app development principles, including UI/UX design, performance optimization, and platform-specific considerations.
5. Proficiency in using development tools such as Visual Studio, Xamarin Studio, and Git.
6. Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and other web technologies.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome technical challenges.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
9. Self-motivated with a passion for learning and staying updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience migrating Xamarin Forms applications to .NET MAUI or other cross-platform frameworks.
2. Knowledge of MVVM architectural pattern and experience using frameworks like Prism or MVVMCross.
3. Previous experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
