Seri Pajam Development Sdn Bhd

Our story is closely linked with the transformation of Negeri Sembilan into a vibrant state. In the early nineties, we were in our earlier iteration as solely a construction company, named Bukit Maju Development Berhad

(BMD).

When the integrated township of Putra Nilai (formerly Bandar Baru Nilai) in Negeri Sembilan was developed by BBN Development Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of public-listed Nilai Resources Group Bhd (formerly PK Resources Group Bhd), they entrusted us with the responsibility of becoming the main construction contractor for the 6,233-acre development. We undertook the project with great fervour, and as much as we gave, we received back in the form of experience and confidence. Leveraging that, the BMD Group established Seri Pajam Development Sdn Bhd on 3 March 1994, and thus began our journey to becoming a full-fledged property developer.

In the eight years that followed, we honed our new skills as a property developer before we launched the first development, Desa Melati 3, at Nilai, followed by Desa Puteri Bahau. These projects, and those thereafter, were all represented under the Seri Pajam Homes brand. Since then, Seri Pajam Development has continued to grow in leaps and bounds. We have established ourselves as a property developer of innovative, quality products comprising affordable, luxury homes.

Our varied businesses have also built a diverse and dynamic workforce of over 200 people who are focused on our mission to deliver products and service of the highest standards to our customers.

We may have already cemented our status as a key developer who has shaped the vast population in each of our development areas, yet we have not forgotten that we come from humble beginnings. We continue with the same spirit of experimentation and innovation, and to dream of great buildings and then to build those great dreams. This is our aspiration - to leave an indelible footprint in Malaysia’s real estate history.
