Bermaz Motor Group consist of:

1) Bermaz Motor Sdn Bhd as holding company.

2) Bermaz Motor Trading Sdn Bhd as the sole distributor for Mazda.

3) Prima Merdu Sdn Bhd as the sole importer for Mazda cars.

4) Mazda Malaysia Sdn Bhd as a joint venture company with Mazda Motor Corporation Japan to handle the local assembly of Mazda Cars for Mazda and Asian countries.
