We also use our tech to step in early and help people become more informed about diseases — so they can make informed decisions and stay healthier for longer.

Years of creating strong technical foundations mean we can now deliver fully-integrated healthcare at scale. The results speak for themselves. For instance, in the UK, the NHS data shows that we have achieved 96% in the Quality and Outcomes Framework for 2019-2020. 93% of our members register 5 and 4-star ratings. Our doctors report that their job satisfaction is three times higher than the wider clinical community. Our service saves up to 35% of total costs. And we do all of this at scale, for millions of members and 170 global partners, in several countries across 4 continents.
