1Nuri Enterprises is an emerging food manufacturing and distributing company, specializing in Halal and quality food products. Our journey began in 1987 as a small food manufacturing business at Taman Melawati, Kuala Lumpur, founded by Tuan Haji Mohd Kamal bin Abdul Rahman. At Nuri Enterprises, we take pride in being the pioneer of dry grocery goods in Malaysia, ranging from various kinds of spices and condiments, sauces, crackers, beverages, frozen foods, snacks and cookies. We marketed our products under our own brand, ‘NURI’, named after the company. Over the years, our company has grown to become one of the successful players in the food manufacturing industry, building its reputation by holding onto our two key principles over the decades: HALAL and QUALITY. The core strength of our products lies in the Halal certificates awarded by the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM), which represents both Halal and quality features in our products. As early as 1989 until today, our products have been available in Malaysia’s leading hypermarkets such as Giant, Cold Storage, Tesco, and Aeon Big (previously Carrefour), as well as other retail stores throughout Malaysia. NURI products have also been exported to other countries such as Dubai, Ireland, Mauritius and Brunei. For the love of Halal and quality, our loyal consumers have continuously supported our products which contributes towards our sustainability in the market throughout the years. Hence, as our mark of appreciation, we finally stepped into the next phase of our business in 2014, as our official product brand, NUREYS™, was born.
