Our mission is to provide both candidates and employers with excellent levels of service, backed by strong commitments and professionalism. We do this through developing long-term relationships between local employers and our learning division. In strengthening GRACEFUL, we have participated long life learning program under the flagship of Ministry of Higher Education.
