Lead by Senior Development Director (Agency Manager) :

"Ryan Ang Mentorship" was established in Year 2019.

The reason why establish is because, we want to change the Impression of "INTERNSHIP"

What we believe that, almost 85% of Students think that, their internship period will be boring, useless, act like foreigner workers and other bad impression. And also these impression reflect in the other TWO MANAGEMENT MEMBER when during their University Life.

They are MR TAN JAI JUN & MR CHEN WEM HAO,

both graduated from University Tunku Abdul Rahman in (BANKING FINANCE) & (FINANCIAL ECONOMICS)

Before they joining Ryan Team as internship student,

they heard from senior that internship life just one of the subject had to pass before graduate

Because of this experience, JaiJun and WemHao started introduce this internship program to Ryan,

and hope to help those students to have a nice and useful internship program just like what they done here before
