Jecmetal Industries has been providing manufacturing services to various industries since 1985. Currently, our core businesses are in providing turnkey manufacturing services for precision machined parts and tooling parts manufacturing, as well as parts integration into sub-assembly and equipment assembly.Jecmetal Industries achieved ISO 9001:2008 accreditation since 1998, and in 2011 the company has also achieved EN9100:2003/AS 9100B certification. Our manufacturing site has a built up area of more than 60,000 square feet housing a wide range of equipment capable of producing parts of various quantities and complex assemblies. With more than 200 employees and focus on engineering capabilities in process design and control systems, the company is capable of supporting customers who have low to medium volume and high mix orders that demand for high quality and reliable services.The organization emphasize in providing value added services beyond parts making and assembly such as prototyping, design validation, design modification and functional testing. We are also geared towards providing supply chain management for fabricated and purchased components that are needed for the sub-assemblies and assemblies.Currently, our customer base covers oil and gas industry, aerospace, semiconductor equipment manufacturers, industrial controls, industrial automation, optical equipment manufacturer, electronic component manufacturers, and other original equipment manufacturers from Europe, USA and Asia.
