ROSE VISTA PROPERTY MANGEMENT SDN BHD (Registration No. ********4514 (Company No. **9414-V)) [Rose Vista] was established in year 2000 by a group of professional teams offering property management services.

At the present, we manage multiple unit developments comprising of apartment, condominiums, commercial properties as well as mixed developments. Our team is made up of Property Managers, accounts specialist, administrative personnel and maintenance personnel, among others.

We manage both new and old developments which varies in size from a few to thousands units.

We are flexible enough to adopt and operate with an “ownership mentality”, while keeping sight of the fact that we are, in essence, a service organization. We make a commitment to provide quality service and deliver this service on a consistent basis.
