In 1989, Abbas Ismail Rowland and Ngan Siong Hing founded Abbas & Ngan. Since its founding, the partners have worked together to support their clients. Today, our clients include financial institutions, property developers, multi-national companies, state-owned enterprises and small medium enterprises.

In its early days, the firm provided services in real estate and dispute resolution only. Now, we offer a range of other legal services ranging from intellectual property, corporate commercial, telecommunication and technology, startup and litigation.
