Meet with clients to explain the audit process and objectives.
Understand and document business processes, risks, and controls.
Create a risk-based test plan using appropriate audit approaches and procedures.
Conduct audit tests, evaluate process design and control effectiveness.
Identify and document weaknesses in controls and processes.
Make practical recommendations to address weaknesses and inefficiencies.
Organize work papers for review.
Participate in closing meetings with clients, providing explanations and recommendations.
Assist in preparing a clear and informative audit report.
Support the Manager, Internal Audit in developing the audit plan.
Perform Risk Management activities, such as planning and documentation.
