Responsibilities

Liase with customers, sales executives, financial institutions, relationship managers and other stakeholders for successful loan submission, disbursement and repayment with accurate loan documents and other loan related matters
Perform operations work from processing of loan requests to successful disbursement and repayment of loans
Oversee overall loan procedure, updating processes to maximise efficiency to all stakeholders and align to latest relevant legislation
Update loan data in systems and maintain records of loan transactions, including general record keeping and filing duties
Provide internal stakeholders with necessary loan support and undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Skills Required

Minimum Diploma holder
Minimum 1 year of related experience
Proficient in MS Office and computerized accounting systems

Other Requirements

Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
Team player with positive work attitude
Meticulous and able to multi-task
Prior experience in automotive industry is highly advantageous

Estimated Salary: $2700 to $3500 per month
