Comprises of formerly Scott & English (M) Sdn Bhd (SEM) & Cummins Scott & English Malaysia Sdn Bhd (CSEM) and later Cummins Malaysia Sales & Service (M) Sdn Bhd (CMSS) with combined more than 100 years of experience in MRO of generators, marine and industrial engines.

Alex Tan, NEC, started off as a Cummins Service Engineer based in Ipoh in 1979. He had been with SEM for 35 years and CSEM for 1.5 years involving in the managing overall of Cummins business on sales , marketing , after market and service support. He was instrumented in ISO , Excel and safety programs for SEM and CSEM. He has gone through the Senior Leadership training and was one of the Global Leader on Cummins Powergen and Marine Distributor Advisory Council.

Matthew Chai, Managing Director, had been with SEM as service engineer at Shah Alam office and later promoted to Branch Manager of Kuantan operation of SEM and later CSEM. He was involved in Cummins business for more than 5 years.

Tan Hong Joo, Director, commenced his career as Cummins service engineer in 2008 at SEM based in Shah Alam provide excel service to key accounts and after market support. He was later joined Cummins Power Generation business in 2011 as Sales Engineer. He also play the supporting role to branches during this period. He was promoted to Sales Manager in SEM and later CSEM and CSSSB. He has extensive experience on retail and project management on power generation plants for the past 7 years. He coordinated with his project engineer during the execution of these projects.

Lim Joo Peng, Service Leader, commenced at SEM as a technician and graduated as a Senior Supervisor. He was trained on PT Fuel system, Electronic Engines, Quickserve, Warranty and many more. He had been with SEM for more than 23 years. He exhibits a strong leadership on guiding the technicians to higher level.

Kh’ng Beng Keat, Aftermarket Leader, has more than 20 years of experience on Cummins Parts Business. He had been with Cummins business involving in the inventory, sales, marketing and later promoted to Branch Manager.

Sebastian Liew, Operation Leader in Sarawak has 38 years of experience with SEM & CSEM involving in managing overall of Cummins business on sales, marketing, after market and service support.
