The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsible for daily sales activities, i.e preparing quotations, sales order, follow up, sell and promoting furniture.
Meet or exceed personal & showroom sales targets and contribute to month-over-month growth.
Attend to walk in customers by providing pre and post sales consultation service.
Attend interior design enquiries and preparing proposal for customer by proposing furniture that suit with their space and preference.
Discover and pursue new sales prospects.
Attend to all customers' complaint and ensure all the complaints are followed through.
Provide regular update, feedback and support to superior.
Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
Adhere to showroom operational requirement and maintain showroom tidiness and cleanliness.
Perform all other tasks assigned by superior.
