The QF Company is a multi-brand establishment, each with its own strength, positioning and history, built to cater to different segments of the apparel industry. Having Malaysia and other South East Asia region as our main target market, The QF Company has successfully penetrated a multitude of different demographics with its diversity in brands and marketing campaigns. The QF Company was established in 1973 with humble beginnings, an outfit with less than 10 employees manufacturing various types of apparels that were sold across small towns in Malaysia. The QF Company have amassed years of experience in the apparel and garment industry. The 80s and the 90s were the defining decades for The QF Company that set the tone for years to come. Rapid expansion took off during the 80s where The QF Company successfully penetrated major retail stores all across Malaysia and it was also in the same decade that they crossed borders into other countries in the region. Within the same time period, The QF Company began designing and manufacturing as OEM for International Brands. The 90s saw to another era of expansion where the manufacturing plant was relocated to China, increasing the production capabilities whilst the marketing arm in Malaysia and SEA was maintained. It was also during these same time period changed its focus from OEM manufacturing to branding. The QF Company was rapidly building up its portfolio, amassing multiple brands through licensing and also creating in house brands which very quickly became household names. In 2018, COMO store was created, a fashion house carrying multiple apparel brands. COMO caters to everyone from different walks of life, lifestyle, taste and preference. It provided a wider distribution network for the group as a whole, increasing their point of sale and more importantly, creating easier accessibility for customers.
