NewGenz was incorporated in 2010 as a sole proprietorship under the name of NewGenz Employment Services (MOM License No.: 10C4722).

4 years later, it was converted to a private limited company under the registered name of NewGenz Employment Services Pte Ltd. Upon conversion, it was issued with a new license number (MOM License No.: 14C7307) by Ministry of Manpower.

NewGenz continue to enjoy a good track record as a reliable provider of manpower solutions without a single complaint lodged with the Ministry of Manpower. Since then, the company has grown organically into a specialist provider of manpower across the public and private sectors.
