腾越建筑马来西亚有限公司是碧桂园集团旗下从事施工总承包管理的专业子公司，深耕马来西亚市场近四年，总承包管理涵盖钢筋混凝土结构、住宅工业化结构、钢结构、玻璃幕墙、园林绿化、机电、精装等多个专业，管理人员170多人，合作分供方400多家，以强大的履约能力、优秀的产品品质在马来西亚赢得了良好的市场信誉和商誉。

我司在建项目有7个，总建筑面积达到150多万平方米，3个配套部门（搅拌站、200多直管外劳、材料中心库），其中承建的碧桂园金海湾项目位于新马一桥附近，超高层建筑群建筑面积近70万平方米，荣获东南亚第三国培训计划职业安全与健康奖、伦敦国际质量金奖、维也纳国际钻石质量优秀奖等多项国际大奖，成为马来西亚建筑市场的一道靓丽风景；承建的森林城市展示区项目位于新马二桥附近，建筑面积10多万平方米，含钢结构、幕墙、精装、园林等多个专业，160天实现完美开放，开启打造海上未来之城、森林之城之路。

Giant Leap holds 7 projects under construction, with a building area of around 1,500,000m², and 3 ancillary departments (that’s concrete mixing plant, a directly operated construction team with over 200 foreign workers and material center). Giant Leap undertook the Danga Bay Projects, which locates in the neighborhood of the Johor–Singapore Causeway (Tambak Johor) and covers a high-rise building area of approximately 700,000 m2; the project later won several awards such as Occupational Safety and Health Reward for the 3rd Country Training Program of Southeast Asia, London International Quality Award, Vienna International Quality Excellence Award etc. and earn a high reputation in Malaysia; , Giant Leap as well undertook the Exhibition Area at Forest City Project, which locates in the neighborhood of the Malaysia-Singapore Second Link and covers a building area of more than 100,000 m2 and the works of the project includes steel structure, curtain walls, Refined decoration, landscape etc. which realize perfect opening to public via 160 days construction, the project starts a new era of the seashore, and creates a city of the future and the forest.
