WM was founded with the belief that the evolution of a successful future leader requires one to be exposed to an environment that will stimulate, challenge, and develop critical thinking and leadership qualities. Our Company began the journey in 2002 under a partnership with the Ministry of Education (MOE) Malaysia to deliver 5 Days 4 Nights Adventure Camp to over 50,000 students and teachers nationwide.

Today, our programs have expanded to provide one-of-a-kind bonding and unique team experiences to teens, youths, and adults from across Southeast Asia. From the adventurous sea kayak and camping expedition to light telematch activities, the programs at WM are tailor-made to fit your team’s objectives.

WM is the only training organization in the region that uses real, operating tall ship, the S. T. S. Puteri Mahsuri, to create a truly immersive and unique bonding experience for participants. Known as the Tall Ship Program, this highly challenging and adventurous program has been designed and proven to enhance leadership and unite teams.
