"Demanding"

I am responsible for handling external phone calls and researching and contacting companies for the road safety program I oversee. The workplace environment is positive, with supportive and easy-to-work-with staff. The most challenging aspect of my job is finding consultant companies and obtaining quotes for the program. Despite the difficulty, I successfully find the right consultant company to speak at my program and effectively manage both programs. The most rewarding part of my job is improving my communication and telephone skills while working with government officials.

"Efficient and working with supportive colleagues"

It was a valuable experience for me, primarily because it is a government company under the Ministry of Transport with office hours. I learned the importance of being punctual with work deadlines and found the workplace culture to be positive. The highlight of the job was being able to participate in work trips.
