Teleplan has changed its operation model per July 1st 2010 with a strong focus on a new go-to-market model. The Sales and Marketing organization is realigned with pure focus on consultative selling whilst our Operations are being set up for full operational excellence.
Teleplan’s organization is made up of a global sales force spread over three regions and eight operational units in total, with which it is able to serve the industry in its entirety. The focus of the Netherlands based company is providing its high-tech services across the globe, currently from 19 sites in Europe, North America, Asia and Australia. In APAC we are located in Penang, Singapore, Hong Kong, Suzhou, Jakarta, Korea and Sydney.
The structure, layout and design of Teleplan is geared towards the structure of the inner lives of high-tech products and systems that we examine repairs, replace and update on a daily basis. However, Teleplan International N.V. is made up of approximately 5,800 quality-and service-orientated employees around the world who all contribute to protecting our customers’ brands by contributing their dedication, unique skills, knowledge and enthusiasm.
In Malaysia, our Penang facility with a staff strength of close to 1,600 employees is on an expansion mode and we seek suitably qualified candidates for the following position(s).
