Requirements

  • Proven experience working as an Accounts Assistant, Accounts Clerk, or similar role.
  • Working knowledge of accounting terminology and procedures.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and accounting software.
  • The ability to multitask.
  • Basic bookkeeping skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Sound customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • To ensure all tasks are done in timely manner and up to date
  • Handling accounts for clients
  • Working directly for an accountant, help to maintain the office and keep it running smoothly.
  • Also deal with customers and external agencies.
  • Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
  • Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries
