Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma , Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma or Certificate in Electrical / Mechanical or equivalent
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Strong project management skills
- Good leadership and interpersonal skill
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and effectively in a team environment
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
Responsibilities
- To perform statistic and technical analysis on production failure and improve production capability
- To think of new systems and new ways to work. You must be able to think creatively and ask the right questions
- To understand mechanical concepts and processes easily, as well as use equipment and tools will help you in your profession
- To develop new solutions to problems.
- Be part of a team in developing systems, fixing problems or creating solutions.
- Listening to workers, teammates and management is crucial to an engineer's job
- Able to communicate your plans, thoughts, and rationale in your job
- Ability to manage time, supplies, personnel and funds
