Requirements
- Proven experience working as an Accounts Assistant, Accounts Clerk, or similar role.
- Working knowledge of accounting terminology and procedures.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and accounting software.
- The ability to multitask.
- Basic bookkeeping skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Sound customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
- To ensure all tasks are done in timely manner and up to date
- Handling accounts for clients
- Working directly for an accountant, help to maintain the office and keep it running smoothly.
- Also deal with customers and external agencies.
- Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
- Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries
