Requirements
- Proven experience working as an Secretary or Company Secetrary or similar role.
- Working knowledge of accounting terminology and procedures.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and accounting software.
- The ability to multitask.
- Basic bookkeeping skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Sound customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Familiar with SSM MycoID & MBRS system, travel to SSM for submission of documents and liaison with officers.
- The candidate will assist in the maintenance & safekeeping of our corporate clients' secretarial registers & will be able to learn the following:
- The preparation of resolutions & minutes
- The preparation and filing of statutory documents
- The filing of annual returns
- Assist in Incorporating new company for clients.
- Assist in preparing resolutions & statutory forms.
- Familiar with the Company Act 2016 to advice clients accordingly
- Assist in ensuring proper submission & maintenance of statutory return of the clients' companies as required by the Companies Act 2016.
- Assist in ensuring proper maintenance of statutory books, administrative records, updating of registers of Members, Directors, Secretary, charge, transfer & substantial Shareholders.
- Assist in coordinating and arrange submission of documents to SSM or courier of documents.
