Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in Education or Special Education or Early Child Development/ Candidate in different field having related certificate
- OR previous experiences in handling special child
- Candidate must have loving character
Responsibilities
- Can Work Monday to Saturday (Halfday)
- Working hours 8am-5am / 9pm-6pm
- Candidate must have high responsibility and creative on task given
- Design appropriate teaching strategies.
- Manage student behavior through monitoring, supervising and assessing behavioral patterns.
- Provide services with supporting the children within the current school program.
- Handle clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Assess the functional ability of children with learning difficulties.
- Identify the needs of assigned children through formal and informal assessments.
- Plan and conduct intervention program and inclusive classes for children with learning difficulties.
- Plan and conduct Child Life Education Program by modifying and adapt conventional educational programs.
- Develop and implement individualized learning kits or aid for each student.
- Maintain regular communication with parents by email, phone call @ message and progress reports
