Candidate must possess minimally a Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Electrical Engineering
At least 3-5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Must have experience diagnosing and repairing electromechanical, and electronic medical equipment.
Resourceful, good project management skills with the ability to work and complete the task to ensure customer satisfaction
Self-motivated, pro-active, analytical, and good problem-solving skill in technical
independently and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. Committed to customers able to support during weekends and public holiday.
Entrepreneur mindset. A good team player and able to work with the Sales and Application team to deliver business results and meet customer service quality standards.
Good interpersonal & communication skills in both verbal and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia.

Computer literate, knowledge in MS Office - Excel, Word, Powerpoint,
Planning and executing service work in an effective and efficient manner, providing the highest levels of customer service support and the best possible financial performance.
To perform installation, maintenance inspections, troubleshoot and repair as required to ensure company associated equipment meets performance specifications meeting the PKI standard.
Executing preventive maintenance calls as scheduled. Manage spare parts inventory, keep records on repair and required updates of equipment maintenance records and submit reports timely.
Train customers on installed systems and support customers on software upgrading on new features or enhancements made to the existing system.
Coordinate and communicate on preparing site for equipment installation and coordination of equipment delivery (e.g. confirming site readiness).
Support on presales engagement including preparation for tender submission, customer requirement analysis, solution proposal preparation and presentation, costing, site evaluation, demos, clarification of solution, preparation of costing and product briefings.
Responsible to maintain response time & uptime on providing quality services to customers.
Coordinate with customer care to prepare quotations, manage inventory and ensure respond time and downtime are met to enhance customer satisfaction.
Support the sales team in selling consumables/reagents and contracts. Follow up with customers and support the sales team on the existing contracts and new opportunities.
Ensures that all service tools are adequate to perform services required
Responsible for Dx service processes, management of customer complaints, and maintaining related service documents in accordance with PKI quality standards and meeting requirements of GDPMD Quality system management.
To support the sales team in solving application issues related and to achieve business sales targets and all colleagues as and when necessary aligning to objectives of organization growth.
To perform other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time in reference to service
