Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in managing full sets of accounts of few companies
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g. SQL)
Strong command of both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin
Responsibilities
Able to manage and finalize full sets of accounts of few companies
Prepare financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements etc.
Manage all accounting transactions, including reconciling accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation and ensuring timely bank payments
Prepare listings for audit filing and tax returns and work with auditors/tax agents to ensure legal compliance on time
Monitor the billing process, able to give advices to team members and ensure compliance with e-invoicing
Manage SST submission matter
Manage and dedicate jobs to the team and well communication with team members regarding account, audit, and tax matters
Keep up to date with new changes and monitor risk management on accounting operation
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and intense environment
