Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA or CFA certification is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication with foreign customers, particularly from China.
- Candidates who can start work on short notice will have an added advantage.

Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Support financial strategy and policy development to align with company growth objectives.
- Conduct financial analysis to provide insights for decision-making and strategic planning.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting, collaborating with department heads for alignment.
- Support the Finance Manager in managing relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and board meetings.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
- Mentor junior finance team members, fostering their professional development.
- Take on ad hoc projects and assignments as assigned by the Finance Manager or senior management.
