Requirements
- Currently pursuing Accounting or related fields in a recognised institution of higher learning, with good academic achievements
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of accounting terminology, good administrative and organisational skills
- Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Self-motivated, attention to detail with high level of accuracy, possesses positive disposition and willingness to learn
- Please indicate availability (3 and more months preferred)
Responsibilities
- Assist with filing and organising, maintaining and tracking files for easy access
- Assist with data entry and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records
- Assist with the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions and staff claims, including invoice verification and data entry
- Compile financial information for the purpose of reporting, analysis, tax and audit
- Assist with projects and other initiatives for process improvements
- Ensuring all accounting systems, practices, controls and procedures are fully in compliance with Company policy and statutory requirements
- Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information
- Perform any other ad-hoc assignment as assigned by the Supervisor/ Manager
