Requirements
Requirements:
- Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Proven experience in furniture marketing and distribution.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and devise effective sales strategies.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
- A strong network within furniture shops, retail outlets and carpenters (preferred)
Experience:
- Sales experience in the furniture industry to retailers and shops.
- Furniture industry to retailers and shops: 3 years (Required)
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote our products to retail shops and carpenters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Identify new business opportunities, negotiate sales and close deals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies and maximize market penetration.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication transfer.
- Provide regular reports on clientele, sales performance, market feedback, and opportunities for improvement.
