Requirements
1. Looking for a personable service advisor to act as the liaison between our customers and service technicians.
2. Responsibilities include greeting customers, listening to requests, scheduling appointments, estimating costs, verifying insurance, conducting inspections, and test driving cars.
3. The service advisor will ensure customer service by working with customers to determine their vehicle issues and problems, determining the repair timeline and working with technicians to convey the customers' concerns with accurate repair descriptions.
Responsibilities
1. Experience in the automotive field may be advantage.
2. A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry.
3. Proficiency with System software.
4. Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
5. Strong organizational, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
6. The ability to communicate with technician, customers.
