Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a marketing role is a bonus (fresh grads encouraged to apply).
- Good communication in English & BM, both written and spoken.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Canva, Adobe, or social media tools is a plus.
- Energetic, creative, and able to work independently and with a team.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online & offline).
- Help manage company website and social media platforms with fresh, engaging content.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for marketing collaterals, brochures, and promotional items.
- Track and report on campaign performance using digital analytics tools.
- Support marketing team in organizing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Assist in content creation – write captions, blogs, and help with basic design if needed.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and assist in sales support material.
