Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least SPM
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and office management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Manage front-desk operations including greeting visitors and answering phones.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (email, mail, packages).
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee records.
- Assist in bookkeeping tasks (invoicing, expense tracking, petty cash management).
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
