Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of working experience.
- Preferable with Interior Design (ID) knowledge.
- General computer literate.
- Able to work minimum supervision and good communication skills.
- Able to travel and station at the site office.
- Has valid license.
- Required languages in Malay, English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Responsibilities
- Liasing with other departments for access to job sites; assisting with subcontractor/supervisor in their technical queries.
- Evaluation variation of works and claims.
- Responsibilities for the cost analysis, bill of quantities and tendering.
- Prepare monthly intern progress claim, prepare and submit variation order to client & consultant.
- Liaise with site personal and sub-contractor for measurement of work quantities.
- Responsibilities for maintaining proper site records with special emphasis contractual claims.
- Manage and measuring works performed by labors and subcontractors.
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Calling quotation and prepare tabulation for sub-package award.
- Liaise with sub-contractor for the sample materials, technical data, shop drawings, etc for submission propose.
- Monitor and update the preparation of material submission approval.
- Prepare interim certificate variation order and final account to sub-contractor.
- Attending meeting if needed.
- Must have self-discipline, responsible and self-motivated person.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization.
- Contributes top team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
