Requirements
- Minimum Degree preferably in a technical subject, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Skills Required: Problem-Solving, Communication, Public Relations and Reporting.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for crew coordination. Oversee crew mobilization and demobilization activities. Communicate with admin for flight and hotel arrangements.
- Handling offshore visit approvals and ensuring all required documents (e.g., safety passports, permits, medicals, certificates) are available and submitted on time.
- Monitor consultants’ Contract validity, OSP validity, medical reports, and training certificates.
- Coordinate with agents for working permit applications, ensuring submissions are made within two months of expiry.
- Manage and update crew Rota schedules, including forecasting and proposal submissions to the client.
- Manage consultant timesheet and invoice submission.
- Maintain consultant database. Request consultant documents needed for chopper travel arrangements.
- Prepare monthly operational reports for clients and finance. Provide weekly consultant status updates to the client. Monitor project ACV’s and submission of reporting to Finance.
- Manage and coordinate consultant evaluation reports as and when required.
- Assist in coordinating and facilitating all training activities for the consultants (internal and external training).
- Manage purchase of token and training material for projects.
- Support Tender Department with documentation, data compilation, and submission processes during Market Screening, RFQ and ITB submissions.
- Assist in Project Annual Budgets and Forecast.
- Any add-hock task as and when required.
