Requirements

  • Minimum Degree preferably in a technical subject, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Skills Required: Problem-Solving, Communication, Public Relations and Reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for crew coordination. Oversee crew mobilization and demobilization activities. Communicate with admin for flight and hotel arrangements.
  • Handling offshore visit approvals and ensuring all required documents (e.g., safety passports, permits, medicals, certificates) are available and submitted on time.
  • Monitor consultants’ Contract validity, OSP validity, medical reports, and training certificates.
  • Coordinate with agents for working permit applications, ensuring submissions are made within two months of expiry.
  • Manage and update crew Rota schedules, including forecasting and proposal submissions to the client.
  • Manage consultant timesheet and invoice submission.
  • Maintain consultant database. Request consultant documents needed for chopper travel arrangements.
  • Prepare monthly operational reports for clients and finance. Provide weekly consultant status updates to the client. Monitor project ACV’s and submission of reporting to Finance.
  • Manage and coordinate consultant evaluation reports as and when required.
  • Assist in coordinating and facilitating all training activities for the consultants (internal and external training).
  • Manage purchase of token and training material for projects.
  • Support Tender Department with documentation, data compilation, and submission processes during Market Screening, RFQ and ITB submissions.
  • Assist in Project Annual Budgets and Forecast.
  • Any add-hock task as and when required.
