Requirements
- Candidates with at least a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualifications will be given preference.
- Candidates with at least 1 year of relevant working experience will be given preference.
- Experience working with children or in a kindergarten is an advantage.
- Passionate about children and their early development.
- Good communication skills, patient, caring, and responsible.
- Able to work both independently and in a team within a dynamic environment.
- Creative and flexible in planning fun and meaningful learning activities.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities aligned with the preschool curriculum.
- Guide children’s development in cognitive, physical, social, and emotional aspects through engaging learning approaches.
- Provide a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment for children.
- Monitor and assess each child's progress regularly and prepare reports for parents or guardians.
- Build strong relationships with parents and guardians to support children's development.
- Encourage positive discipline and instill good moral values among children.
- Manage teaching aids and ensure the classroom is always organized and conducive to learning.
- Attend meetings, training sessions, and early childhood education courses to enhance professional skills.
