Requirements
We are seeking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at May Home Design & Renovation Sdn Bhd, a leading provider of customized home cabinets. We are looking for a vibrant, outgoing individual who is confident, sociable, and possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a related field, be goal-oriented, and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
- This is a full-time position based in Kota Damansara, Selangor, with opportunities for career advancement within our growing company.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required.

- You must be able to work well in a team, ensuring smooth progress from concept to final product installation.
- The role also requires you to have your own transport and be willing to travel, including working weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients, including homeowners, real estate developers, and commercial businesses.
- Implement cross-promotion opportunities with relevant partners such as real estate agencies, builders, and home interior design companies.
- Professionally handle client inquiries with in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services.
- Understand client needs and recommend the right products and services, including benefits and pricing.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry to deal closure, maintaining detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress.
- Provide after-sales support to strengthen customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Generate leads through networking and represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to enhance brand recognition.
- Develop and execute impactful marketing strategies to promote the Company’s products and services to increase brand visibility and sales.
- Stay updated on industry trends, including kitchen and wardrobe design, materials, finishes, and market demands.
- Analyze competitors' strategies, pricing, and marketing activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Adjust sales and marketing strategies based on research insights and market trends.
- Prepare periodic sales forecasts and progress updates towards sales goals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Demonstrate high level of initiative and able to work independently with impact on end result.
