Requirements

Gondola Competent Person Requirements:

  1. The person who has the CP license. Or 5 years working experience at Gondola FYK company.
  2. Having experience for team management.
  3. Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills
  4. Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure

Self Climbing Platform technician Requirements:

  1. Experience in construction equipment, electrical, or mechanical fields
  2. Familiarity with self-climbing platform systems is preferred
  3. Able to work at height and in outdoor conditions
  4. Responsible, safety-aware, and a good team player
  5. Possession of valid operator or JKKP-recognized certificate is an advantage

Passenger Hoist Technician Requirements:

  1. Experience with construction hoists or lifting equipment preferred
  2. Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
  3. Comfortable with outdoor and high-altitude work
  4. Good teamwork and communication skills
  5. Relevant certifications (e.g., CIDB, JKKP) are an advantage

Passenger Hoist Operator Requirements:

  1. Physically fit and able to work at height
  2. Responsible and safety-conscious
  3. Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage

Responsibilities

Gondola Competent Person Scope of Works:

  1. Assist New Company apply Gondola FYK license
  2. Equipment Scheduling and Management: Arrange equipment delivery, pickup, transport, installation, and dismantling to ensure timely service.
  3. Maintenance and Repair: Oversee daily maintenance and fix breakdowns to keep equipment in safe, working condition.
  4. Team Management: Lead technicians, operators, and warehouse staff; assign tasks and monitor work quality and progress.
  5. Inventory Control: Track equipment stock to make sure there’s enough to meet rental demand.
  6. Safety Management: Enforce safety procedures to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of staff and equipment.
  7. Communication with Sales/Clients: Work with sales to understand client needs and make sure on-site services meet expectations.

Salary RM************* Based on working experience and technical acknowledgement.

 

Self Climbing Platform technician Scope of Works:

  1. Assist in installation, climbing adjustment, and dismantling of self-climbing platforms.
  2. Perform daily inspection, lubrication, and parts replacement to maintain stable operation.
  3. Diagnose and fix equipment faults promptly to minimize downtime.
  4. Conduct safety checks before operation and maintain proper records.
  5. Coordinate with site progress to ensure timely climbing operations.

Passenger Hoist Technician Scope of Works:

  1. Installation & Dismantling - Assist in the installation, testing, and dismantling of passenger hoists according to safety standards.
  2. Routine Maintenance - Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
  3. Troubleshooting & Repair - Respond promptly to equipment faults; diagnose and repair issues to minimize downtime.
  4. Safety Checks & Documentation - Conduct safety checks as required and keep proper maintenance and repair records.
  5. Support Operator Training - When needed, guide operators on basic operation and safety practices.
  6. Site Coordination - Work according to site schedule to ensure equipment is always in service as needed.

Salary RM************* Based on working experience and technical acknowledgement.

 

Passenger Hoist Operator Scope of Works:

  1. Operate the Hoist Safely – Control the hoist to carry people and materials up and down safely.
  2. Daily Inspection – Check the hoist condition before starting work (brakes, doors, indicators, etc.).
  3. Follow Safety Rules – Make sure passengers follow safety procedures (e.g., don’t overload, close doors properly).
  4. Report Problems – Inform the supervisor if there’s any fault, noise, or unusual issue.
  5. Keep Hoist Clean – Maintain cleanliness inside the cabin and control area.
  6. Emergency Handling – Know what to do during power failure or emergency situations.
  7. Logbook Recording – Record hoist operations, inspections, and issues in the logbook if required.

Salary RM ************* Based on working time.
