Requirements
- Candidates with experience in roles such as Business Assistant or Administrative Assistant are preferred.
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin
- Fresh graduates may be considered but must demonstrate strong learning and adaptability skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills. Able to work under pressure.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and a good team player.
- This position is under a third-party employment contract.
Responsibilities
- Organize, archive, and manage business documents such as contracts, quotations, and invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and manage product information related to the company’s operations.
- Verify, compile, and submit business reports including inventory budgets, financial plans, and operational data.
- Receive purchase and sales orders from clients and handle system processing and modifications.
- Handle transaction orders, maintain pricing in the system (purchase/sales), audit discounts, and manage approvals.
- Ensure timely follow-up and return of signed orders/contracts, oversee delivery, and reconcile inventory details.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by the manager.
