Requirements
- Education: Minimum Secondary School Certificate (SPM) or equivalent
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory (training provided)-Languages: Basic English & Mandarin proficiency required;
additional language skills are a plus-Key Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
- Attention to detail, especially in order accuracy and cleanliness
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Order Taking: Greet customers warmly, provide menus, answer questions about menu items, and accurately record food and drink orders.
- Communication: Relay customer orders efficiently to kitchen and bar staff using the appropriate systems or verbal communication.
- Customer Service: Provide menu recommendations, handle special dietary requests, and ensure overall guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Quality Assurance: Double-check orders before serving to ensure accuracy, presentation, and completeness.
- Coordination: Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, fellow crewmembers, and servers to ensure smooth and timely food and beverage delivery.
- Compliance & Hygiene: Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations and internal guidelines.
