Requirements
- Possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in a related field.
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin
- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce. (Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.)
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop and Shopee Seller Centre is highly preferred.
- Creative, proactive, and passionate about content creation and customer engagement.
- Strong time management skills; able to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Responsibilities
- Develop and produce engaging, on-brand content daily for social media platforms and application, using your magic touch to enhance our online presence.
- Edit and enhance video content using video editing software to attract and retain viewer interest.
- Monitor content performance across platforms, analyze data, and optimize for better engagement.
- Coordinate video and photo shoots, including talent and equipment management.
- Measure result on each platform to monitor performance of social media channels and identity trends.
- Collaborate closely with Business Development, Customer Service, and Design teams for optimized campaigns.
- Assist in product uploads and provide operational support when necessary
