Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Min 3 years of experience managing Red Hat OpenShift.
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix administration.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise backup solutions.
- Scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash/Python).
- Knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Able to work as a team
- Dynamic, systematic and self-motivated person
- Willing to work extended office hours and after office hours when needed.
- Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (for Mandarin Client).

- Possess Own transport.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, and IIS.
- Certifications: RHCE, RHCSA, VCP, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server.
- Cloud platform familiarity (AWS, Azure).
- Understanding of DevOps tools (Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins)
Responsibilities
Experience deployment:
- in large scale (Citrix, RedHat, VMware, Nutanix, Cohesity, Dell Technology, Lenovo, HPE) or equivalent.
- HCI, Database, Cloud & Endpoint Solution (vSAN, NCI, MSSQL, MYSQL, Oracle, Azure, AWS, Trend Micro, CrowdStrike)
Red Hat OpenShift Management:
- Deploy, configure, and maintain OpenShift Container Platform clusters.
- Optimize performance, scalability, and security of containerized applications.
- Troubleshoot issues and implement upgrades/patches.
Backup & Disaster Recovery:
- Design and manage enterprise backup solutions (e.g., Veeam, Commvault, Veritas NetBackup).
- Develop backup strategies, test recovery procedures, and ensure compliance with SLAs.
- Integrate solutions with hybrid cloud/on-premises environments.
Windows Server Support (Value Added):
- Administer Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and clustering.
- Assist in OS upgrades, security patches, and troubleshooting.
Automation & Scripting:
- Automate tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python to streamline operations.
Monitoring & Optimization:
- Use tools like Nagios, Prometheus, or Grafana to monitor systems and resolve incidents.
Collaboration & Documentation:
- Work with DevOps, security, and cloud teams to align systems with business goals.
- Maintain detailed documentation of configurations and procedures.
