Requirements
- Diploma or higher; Bachelor's in Education, TESOL, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related fields is preferred.
- Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English (both spoken and written).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
- Prior experience in online education, customer service, or children's education is a plus.
- Able to start immediately.

Job Scope:
- Connect with Parents: Regularly communicate students' learning progress and goals with parents. Share updates, address concerns, and discuss learning strategies.
- Guide Students: Develop and adjust personalized learning plans. Support students with academic challenges and keep them motivated.
- Track Progress: Monitor student performance, give constructive feedback, and provide improvement suggestions.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with internal departments to ensure students stay on track, reduce refund rates, and help boost renewals and referrals.
