Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Advance Diploma in Hotel Management.
- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Well time management, multitasking skill
- Possess driving license
- Able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and that amenities are placed to meet guest expectations, in each site (Genting, Klang Valley).
- Compile monthly quality reports, summarizing unit conditions, staff performance and any areas requiring attention for director.
- Update Front Desk, Housekeeping and Operation SOP when required.
- Conduct CCTV records checking on daily basis.
- Dealing with other department to ensure smooth operation.
- Conduct spot check at site.
- Stock management
- Conduct training.
